“One lovely blogger award”

Dearest Didi –  I am thankful for being nominated for “One lovely blogger award” by you,  Didi!  It is such a wonderful surprise and your artistic expression and spiritual wisdom come through both in your artwork as well as in what you express in the written word!  For those who haven’t yet visited Didis Art Design, kindly follow her blog site address link provided.  https://didisvgp.wordpress.com/ Again, blessings to you, Didi, with whom I share such in common both artistically and spiritually!  Namaste!

Each nominee must thank the person who nominated them and link their blog in their post.
They must include the rules and add the blog award badge as an image.
Must add 7 facts about themselves.
Nominate 15 people to do the award!

7 facts about me:-

1.) Spiritual growth and expansion is the core inner work that is of the greatest importance for me, for in doing so, I allow for the healing of both myself and others.

2.) As a survivor of a near fatal car accident and a Near Death Experience, I am overly empowered as a advocate for health and wellness of mind, body and spirit through the various works I do including my blog, being a published author, Certified Creative Coach, Certified Yoga and Pilates Instructor, Reiki II Healer, Artist and Pianist.  It is a miracle that I survived the accident, let alone having the use of all of my body, mind and spirit, so it is my life’s work to give back in order to encourage others in their journey.

3.) My favorite place to find peace, healing and connection to The Infinite Source, God, is in nature.  Be it on a lake, or along a hiking trail in the woods, enjoying a camp fire or atop a mountain skiing in the winter, being around our connection to God and seeing animals in their element brings inner tranquility to my soul.

4.) My first hobbies are dance and art since the age of 3 and through all of the years past, these seem to be my favorite of expressions in my life.

5.) Animals have always been an essential part of my life, as many have seen with my recently published book entitled, “My Father’s Greatest Gift:  Life Lessons from a Black English Labrador Retriever” featuring Chert Dog, a Black English Labrador Retriever who saved my dad’s broken heart after the sudden death of my mom.  Chert’s message is one of unconditional love and forgiveness in the first part of the book.  The second part of the story his message is two fold:  his love of his life, Syria, a White Bichon and his love of PIZZA!

6.) I am a prolific writer, have kept journals my whole life and believe that the written word expresses a different part of ourselves than simply through conversation. An avid reader as well, I have great respect for the masters of the pen.

7.) I believe that we are here to encourage and uplift and assist one another in our journey on this planet and are to assist the animals and environment in rebirth through conscious awareness of our gift of life and our responsibility to leave Gaia better than we found it for future generations.

And the nominees are:-

Blessings to all who have brought such insight into my life through their blogs!

  1. Dear Lori,

Thank you very much for your kind words about me as well as for your participation in “One Lovely Blog Award” – yes, dear Lori, I agree with you: we are here to help each other in our journey (transition) to be back some day in the eternal lap of our Father. So service to man is service to God – let us overcome our egoistic thoughts and be of a true help to each other.

Thank you, my dear friend 🙂
May God bless you and your family

      1. You have a lovely blog. I got inspiration from your words stating “Holding on to what we already learned does not allow us have our arms open for what can be”. In your post ” The Afternoon of Life”. Powerful message there. Thanks for following my blog as well.

      2. Yes, I am thankful to share in reading your inspirational blog, as well!
God will answer our prayers in His own time, in His own way, we just need to let go of what is no longer serving us in order to be free to receive! We cannot put new wine in an old wine skin.

    1. Oh Manuela, we are all very busy doing the work that Spirit is calling us to do in these very turbulent times, so please know that all the work you are doing to spread the light to many is the most important work that you can be doing in order for our world to finally shift from fear to love. THAT IS WHY WE ARE HERE, LOVE IS THE ANSWER!
